At Mom Life Studio, we want you to feel good about what you're wearing. If something isn't right, we'll work with you.
What We Refund
We offer refunds for:
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Orders we sent incorrectly
Timeframe
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at momlifestudio@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo (if the item is damaged or defective)
We'll respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.
What We Can't Refund
Because each item is made to order specifically for you:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or general dissatisfaction
- Please check sizing carefully before ordering
Care Instructions
To keep your shirt soft and the print intact, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Full care instructions are included with your order.
